Notice for CFL Students of the Sixth China "Internet+" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020

Inorder to thoroughly implement the spirit of the National Education Conference,accelerate the cultivating process of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,continuously make college students enthuse about innovation andentrepreneurship, and display the fruits of corresponding education and selectoutstanding teams to participate in the Sixth China Internet + University Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020, theCollege will prepare for “Internet+” competition ahead. The relevantinformation is hereby notified as follows:

I. Requirements for Entry

“Internet+”is only the symbol of the times. The entries are not limited to “Internet+”projects. Various innovative and entrepreneurial projects are welcome toparticipate in this competition. The entries must be true, healthy, legal, andhave no negative information and encourage positive behavior. Meanwhile, theprojects should practice core socialist values and don’t infringe theintellectual property rights of others.

II. Key Points of Rulesfor Each Track

(I) Higher Education MajorTrack

Accordingto the current status, invested situation and project features of each project,all the entries are classified into creative group, start-up group, growinggroup and teacher-student co-created group.

1. Creative Group.Business Registration not completed by 31 May 2020. The applicant must be boththe team leader and a college student.

2. Start-up Group.Projects have not been registered for more than 3 years (registered after March1,2017) and have not received more than 1 round of institutional or individualequity investment. The applicant must be the company legal representative, anda college student or graduate within 5 years of graduation at the same time.

3. Growing Group.Projects have been commercially. If not, it should have received over 2 roundsof investment from individuals or organizations. The applicant must be the companylegal representative, and a college student or graduate within 5 years ofgraduation at the same time.

4. Teacher-studentCo-created Group. Projects have not been registered for more than 5 years(registered after March 1,2015). The applicant should be a college student or agraduate within 5 years of graduation. Teachers in the project should beenrolled teachers of universities (to be enrolled before March 1,2020). In theownership structure of the participating projects, the combined ownership of teachersand students shall not be less than 51%, and the total shares of the studentsshall not be less than 10% .

(II)“Teenage Red Building Dream” Track

Projectsparticipating “Teenage Red Building Dream” track should also take part in the“Teenage Red Building Dream” activity.

1. Non-profit group. Themajor part submitting application should be an independent public welfareproject or a social organization. Any project which is registered as a publicwelfare organization (or a Social Organization) or isn’t may all participate inthe competition. The applicant shall be the person actually in charge of theproject, and a student under higher education, or a graduate within 5 years ofgraduation. Teacher-student co-created projects could also participate in thisgroup if all the requirements are met.

2. Business Group. Theapplicant shall be the person actually in charge of the project, and a collegestudent, or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. Registered or unregisteredcompanies may all participate in the competition. In the ownership structure ofthe registered entries, the equity of the legal representative of theenterprise shall not be less than 10%, and the total equity of theparticipating members shall not be less than 1/3. If an organization or companyhas been incorporated, the student must be a legal representative.

(III)Incentive measures by university for competitions

Theuniversity has set 5 first-class prizes, 15 second-class prizes and 30third-class prizes in the preliminary contest. Instructors participating in thecampus preliminary contest will be subsidized 15 class hours of work.

(IV)Time Schedule of College Project Selection (Pre-Plan which may be adjustedaccording to the official notice of the school)

BeforeApril 17, the student team submitted the project plan, the documents must benamed Person in Charge +Track Name + Group + Project Name.

ByApril 24, the college will pre-qualify the program and assign instructors toeach team based on track and group conditions.

BeforeMay 8, the student team in the competition under the guidance of the instructorto improve the Project Plan.

OnMay 9, the academy completed its selection of projects.
